Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error.

  • The purchased service (storage or AI services) was unavailable due to a verified system failure, and our support team could not resolve it.

  • You cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase (first-time users only)

Refund Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7 business days of request approval. The credited amount may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at queries@kapidhwaj.ai with:

  • Your registered email address or phone number

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt

  • Reason for refund

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Subscription cancellation after 7 days of purchase.

  • Unused subscription time after cancellation.

  • Issues caused by user-side misconfiguration or negligence.

  • Expiration of the free trial.
